Meezan, a budding yogi, has developed his own yoga style, blending Hatha and HIIT. This combination is unique and targets weight – loss, body strength and core building.
Trained under Rumana, Shikha has extensive knowledge and experience of advance teaching, posture, power yoga, weight loss and deep stretching.
Student turned yogi, Bhavna has honored her skills from Rumana and specialized in kids yoga, senior citizens yoga and chakras.
Vani has been associated with Rumana Yoga for more than 4 years under her guidance she conducts traditional yoga to balance mind and body.
